Update: As of right now, this is still rumor. Sony is denying the whole story.
If you aren’t playing your old PS2 games, Sony isn’t going to pay for online support. This is why they are shutting down the servers for a bunch of old games that nobody plays anymore. On June 30th, American servers for both games for both the Playstation 2 and the PSP will be shut down for these games:

- My Street
- Syphon Filter Omega Strain
