Infogrames’ Offer to Atari

Infogrames is the parent company to Atari, but they don’t completely own them. Infogrames aims to change this though, and have offered Atari a deal to buy out the last remaining stocks that they don’t already own. In light of Phil Harrison becoming the new president of the Infogrames, this could help turn the dying company around. The price offered is USD$1.68 per share. Atari doesn’t have to accept this offer, but I think most people think that they probably should.
